The Postsecondary Commission (PSC) ensures that any complaints it receives against an accredited institution are reviewed in a timely, fair, and equitable manner. PSC only investigates complaints against institutions that fall within the scope of its Accreditation Standards, policies, and procedures. PSC’s complaint process is meant to address matters of non-compliance and should not be used to obtain individual remedy with an institution on behalf of a complainant. PSC encourages individuals, parties, or entities to first attempt to resolve concerns or disagreements directly with the institution through its published complaints or grievance procedures. However, PSC reviews and considers all complaints that are within scope and credibly raise compliance concerns with PSC’s Accreditation Standards, policies, or procedures. Any documents uploaded with this complaint must be relevant to the complaint.

PSC makes a good faith effort to investigate the allegations and provide due process to the institution without disclosing the complainant’s identity. As standard practice, a complainant remains anonymous to the institution. When anonymity hinders PSC’s ability to conduct a full investigation into the complaint allegations, PSC will disclose the identity of the complainant and inform the complainant of this decision.

Per PSC’s Complaints Policy, complaints against institutions accredited by PSC must be filed within five years of the alleged violation or incident to ensure the Commission can consider information that is current and reliable.
